OTHER MUSICIAN'S REVIEWS:  'A Little Luck' (Track 1 of EP)

Great intro tune is rocking
this band is obviously tops, doesn't need to be on garageband. Keep giggning get the fans the big time is waiting. Great production, great guitar work. - Pipergc, USA

Dance damn it!
Wow! If this won't get people off of the butts and on to their feet, then nothing will!!! Nice production as well.... Good melody, hook, cool guitar work, nice vocal line.... what more can you ask for?! Yep.... parking this one in my garage!!! - CBStall68, USA

g
great intro. the great pop/rock sound is definately here. even though i am choosing to review pop/rock music, i'll admit i normally really hate it. this, while still a prime example of what a classic/true-to-formula pop/rock song should be, still really measures up in terms of musical validity. in other words, there is some good talent here and the song is very, very good - nanular, USA

punchy
The song had some punch. I liked the powerful guitar chords, they seemed to hold things together quite well. I thought vocals were well presented and the harmonies worked well also. I especially liked the beat change you did towards the song's end. I thought the dynamic change there was most effective--good job. - planetfive, USA

A smile
The song is very engaging. The melody with its basic pop sound works to bring a smile. Guitars are good. Lead guitar is rocking. Vocals and harmony are well done. All in all a very good song. - hillgruebel

Wall O' Guitars
I was impressed with the wall of guitar sound right from the start. The drums also helped to strengthen it. The occasional guitar solo was also nice. It's nice to hear a solo--they've become scarce these days. Maybe it's because you can actually play your instruments unlike alot so-called artists. Good vocal work, too. - MusigMike, USA

Radio-friendly
Very accessible Pop tune. Everything is really nicely done on this piece. Great production as well. Vocals are real good- nice laid-back tone, hooky melodies and near perfect intonation. Guitars sound great- nice and full sounding. Love the shimmery clean one on the Pre-Chorus & nice tasty lead break as well. Rhythm section does a solid job holding down the groove. Just a very solid Pop piece overall & a real nice arrangement. Hooky, musical & professional. Nice combo. Good work & good luck to ya. ~~ Cerillius  - Maxcooper, USA

Solid
No messing in this. Solid intro and straight into the song. Everything's where it should be, so buy your producer a drink when you see him next. And, well, as a band, you put in a fine performance. Vocally apt, the guitars suitably blasting, bass driven, drums thumping nice and variedly. Has a cookie cutter hear it on the radio feel, and I think that's just what you're after. Nice one. - babbler, Switzerland

Rock On!
Defintely a dance tune. Vocals are well done and overall production is good. The lead solo just backs up my statement that you have a rock & roll dance song. Keep up the good work. - Vancouver, Canada

Twisted
This song rocks! The rythm is awsome. I loved the guitar solo and the drums. The lyrics suited the vocals, both were terrific. i enjoyed the speed up in the rythm gave the song a twist. - Wiggleme, USA

The new Friends soundtrack!
There's something very feel good about this track. Everything's very tight and nicely produced. I like the guitar hook. And the solo. There's something very 'clean' about it - no bat-biting in the video ... makes me think this could work well on tv and radio. The new Friends soundtrack - MollieB, UK

It only took seven songs to get to!
Finally! I was about to stop listening to any music on this site, because it all really sucks. Now, this song is really something. You guys really seem to understand the pop rock genre. The driving guitars running stacatto with the drums, and then the overlayed melodic lead guitar. What can I say, you get what pop rock is all about. Nice job!! - milliways, USA

A Slashing Rocker
Slashing guitars blast away in this power ballad. Lead vocalist does an exceptional job. Nice guitar work. I like the arrangement and the melody and lyrics are above average for this type of song. - JounceKoda, USA

Pretty Sweet Song!
This is some good pop-rock with a pop-punk vibe. The kids will dig it and it'll get chicks for sure. While not great, the lyrical content is a bit deeper than most of the pop-rock garbage you hear on the radio or TV. Just when I thought the song was getting a little tedious, it goes into a tempo change and shakes things up before coming back and ending. As far as happy music goes, this is a gem of a song. - billyscorp86, USA

this is the best song ever
im watching you i know what you do. just when i think this song is over i ave to listen to moooore - Dead Meat, USA

Great Potential
This is one of the better produced songs Ive heard on here...the riff is incredibly catchy...notcrazy about the vocals/lyrics but the riff is powerful enough that you could be singing about somthing that doesnt make sense and it would still sound good...Overall decent job...I wouldnt turn it off if it came on the radio - Moccison, USA
